TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E202 OF 2025 By Mercy Kerubo Ratemo, of P.O. Box 296, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Oreko Ratemo, who died on 3rd December, 2024. CAUSE NO. E235 OF 2025 By Agnes Nyanduko Nyaberi, of P.O. Box 1034–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaka Nyaberi Bwogega alias Isaac Nyaberi Ogega alias Isaac N. Nyaberi Ogega, who died at Mediforte Hospital in Kenya, on 30th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
