TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025 By (1) Salome Kemunto Gwachi and (2) Lovelex Mabiria Gwachi, both of P.O. Box 452–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gwachi Mabiria Kenege, who died at Raitigo, on 20th January, 2010. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Mokaya Mogeni Onkundi and (2) Edward Aboki Begi, both of P.O. Box 2336–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of June Onkundi Sagelo alias June Nyomenda Sagero, who died at Duke University Hospital in Kenya, on 18th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
