TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2024 By Nicodemus Masha Mukasha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masha Mkadha Thoya, who died on 24th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2024 By (1) Katumu Kenga Karisa and (2) Fatuma Charo Kazungu, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Changawa Katana Mbogo, who died on 23rd April, 2016. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Karisa Benesi and (2) Antony Karabu Jefa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benesi Mkatha alias Benes Mukala, who died on 8th July, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
