E65 OF 2025 By Peter Mweri Katana, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenneth Katana Dogo, who died at Hospital Sub-location, on 21st June, 1999. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2025 By (1) Joyce Chizi Kiti, (2) Francis Mwatsuma Kiti, (3) Christopher Chigiri Kiti and (4) Moses Chapa Kiti, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Kiti Chapa alias Lawrence Gabriel Kiti Chapa, who died on 7th February, 2025. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Munga Mutana and (2) Stewart Tsuma Mutana, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Baya Mutana, who died on 17th April, 2021.
