E24 OF 2025 By Charo Ziro Luganje, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Luganje Ziro, who died on 23rd April, 2017. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2025 By (1) Trezzi Elisabetta Tiziana and (2) Trezzi Donato, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Trezzi Giovanni, who died on 7th December, 2014. 4th July, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2025 By Antonio Ninfadoro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monique Chenais, who died on 1st November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
