TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025 By Hellen Kabibi David, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jefa Nyale Kiti, who died on 15th December, 2021. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2025 By (1) Muhache Dzombo Dadi, (2) David Dadi Dzombo and (3) Kache Dzombo Dadi and (2) Justus Mweri Baya, the deceased’s daughter, son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dzombo Dadi Mwauchi, who died on 22nd February, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
