TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2024
By Alice Nyambura Maina, of P.O. Box 34, Kahuhia in Kenya, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew
Kamau Gachuche, who died at Murang’a Level Five Hospital in Kenya,
on 15th May, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E205 OF 2024
By (1) Joel Kimama Kabora and (2) Simon Gachengo, both of
P.O. Box 64, Gacharageini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Wangui Kabora, who died at
Kiriaini M. Hospital in Kenya, on 6th November, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
