TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By (1) Julius Nzioki Nguu and (2) Daniel Mutunga Nguu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaloki Nguu, who died at Katune, on 28th September, 1973. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2025 By Annastacia Mwaura, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaura Beatrice Kamanthe, who died at Muthingiini, on 21st March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025 By Jeremiah Mutua Nzoka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rael Mwikali Nzoka, who died at Mukaange, on 24th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025 By Mutua Mbengei, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbengei Manyuva Ngui alias Mbengei Mavuvya Ngui, who died at Kikumini, on 3rd December, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
