CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2025 By Theophilas Nzavi Kuti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kuti Mutwa, who died at Kyale, on 8th October, 2023. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2025 By Michael Musembi Mbombolo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbithe Mbombolo Kavita, who died at Kalimani, on 1st December, 2022.
