TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2025 By Richard Musee Simon, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mwania Kutu, who died at Mikuyuni, on 16th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2024 By Edward Kisaulu Kulemba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulemba Kithambi alias James Mulemba Kithambi, who died at Muani, on 9th November, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
