E23 OF 2025 By Theophilas Nzavi Kuti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kuti Mutwa, who died at Kyale, on 18th October, 2023. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025 By Titus Kyalo Mutua, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matolo Mbai, who died at Makindu, on 4th October, 1990. THE KENYA GAZETTE 4th July, 2025 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
