E248 OF 2024 By (1) Eliud Maclaod Masambu and (2) Kenneth Atsiavula Gibendi, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephraim Gibendi alias Kibendi Ung’ale Ibrahim, who died at Endeli Sub-location, on 12th May, 1994. CAUSE NO. E499 OF 2024 By (1) Zakayo Alwanga Aganya, (2) Wycliffe Afeza Asava and (3) Torokasi Afandi Kiyangi, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Mboga Aganya, who died at Wamuluma Location, on 16th January, 2018. CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2025 By Jephrice Andenyi Ombogo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Ombogo Puchichi alias Ombasa Obukhi, who died at Ebukhunza Sub-location, on 11th July, 2021. E261 OF 2025 By Luke Bokaka Asienda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Asienua Okutima Ruben alias Ruben Asenwa Okutima, who died at Ebusamia Sub-location, on 26th November, 1994. CAUSE NO. E262 OF 2025 By Margaret Salome Otsembo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amulo Obukuhi Mboko alias Amulo Obukuhi alias Amulo Omboko, who died at Ebusamia Sub-location, on 2nd July, 2000.
