E17 OF 2025 By Kenneth Alumasa Atiavila, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Atiavira, who died at Solongo Sub-location, on 17th October, 2007. CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2025 By Rhoda Kanaitsa Malongo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enos Magoro Lubanga, who died at Itegero Sub-location, on 30th October, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
