CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2025 By (1) Patrick Ndara Kirui, (2) Ndara Godfrey Mochomu, and (3) Charicha Ngeywo Kirui, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirui Chebus Thomas alias Tomas Kirui Chebusi alias Thomas Kirui Chebusi, who died at Namorio, on 16th February, 2013. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2025 By (1) Flora Nakhumicha Netondo and (2) Roselyne Naliaka Watima, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Werunga Simiyu, who died at Sikhendu Sub-location, on 19th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025 By (1) Rusto Wabwile Nakhumwa and (2) Ismail Sumbule Waswa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Okoiti, who died at Mapera, on 5th May, 1982.
