TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2024 By Caren Akoth Awuor, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Habil Awuor Achola, who died on 1st May, 1995. 4th July, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2025 By (1) Janet Atieno Owino, (2) Caroline Atieno Owino and (3) Mourice Owino the deceased’s widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Ochieng Owino, who died on 18th November, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
