TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025 By John Oduor Osur, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Osur Oduko alias Osure Oduko, who died on 23rd March, 2005. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2025 By (1) Rhoda Anyango Oyuga, (2) Jared Odoyo Olare and (3) Ann Anyango Olare, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Olare Ojuoko, who died on 24th May, 2017. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025 By Jane Atieno Gari, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Oya Odongo, who died on 4th February, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
