TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2025 By (1) Anthony Kiprop Tiony and (2) Eliot Kipkemoi Tiony, both of P.O. Box 375, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipngetich arap Nyige alias Kipngetich A. Nyige alias Kimngetich arap Mnyige, who died at Tenwek Hospital, on 2nd November, 2001. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025 By (1) Julius Kipngetich Sang, (2) Christine Chepkorir Sang and (3) Taprandich Chepkurui Sang, all of P.O. Box 200, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Maritim arap Nyige, who died at Tiriitab Moita, on 6th June, 1994. CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2025 By Kibet Philemon Kirui, of P.O. Box 375, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony Sitienei, who died at Kapkatet District Hospital, on 20th March, 2015. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2025 By Brian Kiptoo Kemei, of P.O. Box 77, Kericho in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayub Kipkorir Mosonik, who died at Chepkechei, on 14th April, 2004.
