TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2025 By John Kiplagat Rotich, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptanui Cheptoo, who died at Kapkosom Sub-location, on 19th September, 1997. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2025 By (1) William Kipkemboi Kiprono, (2) Willy Kimengitich and (3) Wilson Kiplagat Kandie, all of P.O. Box 6010–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kobilo Kipsigoo, who died at Chepkosom, on 11th October, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
