Box 1, Ntimaru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion Chacha Matiko alias Chacha Matiko Kehongo, who died on 28th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2025 By Epherahim K. Wambura, of P.O. Box 1, Ntimaru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambura Muniko Rahoya alias Wambura Muniko, who died on 13th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2025 By Mwita Boke Susan, of P.O. Box 1, Ntimaru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaheke Jones Mwita, who died on 31st May, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
