E241 OF 2024 By Samuel Njagi Kiriamburi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngari Waragia alias Ngare Manga, who died at Kindaruma Sub-location, on 23rd November, 2006. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2025 By Anne Wanja Nyaga, of P.O. Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s spouse, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Nyaga Njiru, who died at Embu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 26th December, 2018. CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2025 By Anne Wanja Nyaga, of P.O. Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Njiru Njamori, who died at Riandu Sub-location, on 14th December, 1979. CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2025 By Naftaly Wambugu Irungu, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Kagori, who died on 26th September, 1992.
