Box 1, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mutuku Mbuvo, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 14th May, 2016. E85 OF 2025 By (1) Stephen Muthama Kiio and (2) Alex Nzioki Kiio, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kiio Makau, who died at District Hospital, Kitui in Kenya, on 7th March, 1995. Box 72, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kavuli Ngali Ngila alias Kavuli Ngila Ngila, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th April, 1988. CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2025 By Boniface Kyalo Makenzi, of P.O. Box 1, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Makenzi Kavungi, who died at Mavoloni, on 25th February, 2017.
