Box 1, Ikutha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngwisya Kituku, who died at Keutunda Sub-location, on 18th June, 2014. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2025 By Alphonce Kisilu Kimetu, of P.O. Box 1, Kyeni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimetu Mbua, who died at Kathungu, Ikanga, on 24th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025 By Mutua Kisese, of P.O. Box 1, Ikutha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kisese Mutei alias Kisese Mutie, who died at Yanganyawa, Kisiio, on 24th August, 2017.
