TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E311 OF 2024 By Henry Kidavasi Eboya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Belenda Makungu Amadafua, who died at Kegoye Sub-location, on 4th August, 2010. CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2025 By Henry Okwemba Lisero, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aston Okusi Lisero alias Okusi Liselo, who died at Itumbu Sub-location, on 18th November, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
