TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2025 By David Wafula Ndubi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Ndubi Isaa, who died at Nabikoto, on 14th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025 By (1) Ben Wafula Musungu and (2) Tom Musungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hudson Musungu, who died at Kakamwe Sub-location, on 7th March, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
