E23 OF 2025 By Melisa Atenya Omwaka, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omuhaka Atsulu alias Zakayo Omwaka Atsulu, who died in 2012. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025 By Melisa Atenya Omwaka, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Watsulu, who died on 20th December, 1978. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2025 By (1) Roda Nyende Ochieng and (2) Lonah Jepkemoi Cherop, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cosmas Ochieng Odera, who died at Ematende in 2021. CAUSE NO. 140 OF 2025 By Ruth Were Njoni, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Opanda Oyula alias Obanda Oyula, who died at Eshienjera in 2003.
