TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2025 By Vincent Wakoli Wekesa Kapanga, of P.O. Box 456, Chwele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumu Wanambisi Kapanga alias Mumwu Wanambisi, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 10th March, 2005. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025 By (1) Protus Kibichori Makokha, (2) Moses Mukenya Makokha, (3) Daniel Kibichori Makokha and (4) Joan Nekesa Wanyonyi, all of P.O. Box 100, Sirisia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Makokha Kibichori, who died at South Kulisiru, on 3rd June, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
