TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2025 By George Okello Munyolo, of P.O. Box 38, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Munyolo Muhuthia, who died at Obembo Sub-location, on 4th October, 2009. CAUSE NO. E242 OF 2025 By Angeline Awiti Ambayo, of P.O. Box 196, Bindo in Kenya, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jectone Oindo Choda alias Jecton Nyamulo Choda alias Jeckton Nyamulo Choda, who died at Ajigo Sub-location, on 11th July, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
