TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E222 OF 2025 By James Odhiambo Samo, of P.O. Box 40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Samo Othieno alias Samuel Samo Othieno, who died at Olwa, Siaya, on 6th February, 2007. CAUSE NO. E257 OF 2025 By (1) Janet Akinyi Odhiambo and (2) Salome Atieno Nyakira, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barack Odhiambo Ojwang, who died at Marenyo Sub-location, on 13th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
