TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By Clementina Akong’o Okuku, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Akelo Siagi, who died on 18th May, 1996. CAUSE NO. 138 OF 2025 By Florence Atieno Oluoch, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Oluoch Ongango alias Michael Oluoch Ong’ang’o, who died on 30th May, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
