TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E301 OF 2024 By Juma Ally Nzaro, of P.O. Box 1882–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ocham Kwanga, who died on 10th April, 1999. CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2025 By Anjelina Ojako Ochilo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Okoth Ochwere, who died at Nyamonye, on 5th November, 2002. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2025 By Carolyne Atieno Agwingi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Agwingi Ng’ong’o alias Joseph Agwingi Ngongo, who died on 20th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
