TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E698 OF 2024 By Andrew Onyango Obute, of P.O. Box 1, Kosele in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Obute Oluoch, who died at Kowuor East Sub-location, on 10th June, 1973. CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2025 By Charles Ouma Amolo, of P.O. Box 196, Kadongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yusto Amolo Ondiek, who died at Kendu Adventist Hospital in Kenya, on 18th August, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
