TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2025 By (1) Teresia Achieng Ouru, (2) Beatrice Atieno Omuga and (3) Caroline Auma Ouru, all of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Ouru Odingo, who died on 12th September, 2024. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025 By Dennish Odhiambo Ngere, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngere Onjoro, who died at North Kanyanjuok Sub-location, on 2nd February, 2002. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2025 By (1) Vitalis Sita Onjoro and (2) Dennish Odhiambo Ngere, both of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masawa Onjoro, who died at North Kanyanjuok Sub- location, on 11th July, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
