TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2025 By Jeremiah Ooko Mbita, of P.O. Box 1, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbija Modi, who died at Kanyadieto Sub-location, on 26th April, 1986. 4th July, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2025 By (1) Joice Adoyo Ouma, (2) Esther Adhiambo Opiyo and (3) Ruth Pamela Nyambega, all of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grey Mbago, who died at North Kanyajuok Sub-location, on 10th May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
