TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2025 By Mathew Abuor Misenye, of P.O. Box 40, Madiany in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Misenya Odinga alias Joseph Misenya, who died on 3rd February, 1988. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Angaga Bwana and (2) Jane Achieng Oniamba, both of P.O. Box 110, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Bwana Oniamba, who died on 15th December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
