TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024 By Kosgei Joseph Kipchirchir, of P.O. Box 182–30300, Kabiyet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jebande w/o Turgat alias Rosa Chebande Turgut, who died at Kaptebee, on 24th June, 2002. THE KENYA GAZETTE 4th July, 2025 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
