E71 OF 2025 By (1) Francis Ndungu Kimani and (2) Felister Njoki Kimani, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Gicheha, who died at Kiangoma, Ngurwe-ini, on 18th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2025 By (1) Josephine Wangari Kariuki and (2) Regina Wairimu Kiarie, the deceased’s granddaughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiarii Kuhuta, who died at Kaguthi in 1968. CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2025 By (1) Mariam Njeri Njoroge and (2) Jane Njeri Chege, the deceased’s widow and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mbuthia Chege alias Joseph Chege, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 2025. CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2025 By Sella Wanjiru Kamande, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamande Kamemba, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
