IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 30 (1) (g) (i) (bb) of the Micro and Small Enterprises Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretations and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Development appoints— MARTHA WANJIRU MIANO as a member of the Board of Directors of the Micro and Small Enterprise Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 31st January, 2025.
