IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) (b) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— NICHOLAS WAMBUA MUTHANGYA to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Tanathi Water Works Development Agency, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 31st January, 2025.
