THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Raymond Nguma Gona and (2) Charo Samuel Kitsao, as the administrators of the estate of Marwa Mtengo (deceased), are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 6.4 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kilifi County, known as Gede/Mijomboni/479, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a lease certificate of title as provided under section 33 (5) of the act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
