THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Musa Salim Chai, of P.O. Box 3, Gede in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.00 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kilifi County, known as Malindi/Marereni Msumarini/1335, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a lease certificate of title as provided under section 33 (5) of the act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
