WHEREAS John Njenga Wainaina, of P.O. Box 218–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest all that piece of land containing 0.0338 hectare or thereabouts, registered as Nairobi Block 113/54, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
