REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Masumbuko Yerry Kombe, of P.O. Box 34108, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 2.43 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kilifi County, registered under title No. Gede/Dabaso/729, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued in respect of the piece of land lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
