THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mabanee Star Towers Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office in Nairobi, of P.O. Box 6570–00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/4194/15, situate in Nairobi County, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 92069/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
