REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Salim Yislam (ID/13444129), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 8.46 hectares or thereabut, situate in the Sub-county of Mwingi, registered under title No. Mwingi/Mutwangombe/3846, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
