THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kirop arap Kemei and (2) Simeon Rotich, both of P.O. Box 973, Kaiboi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.0 hectares or thereabout, known as NandiKurgung/631, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the 31st January, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) of the Land Registration Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
