THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Japhat Muchiri Njoroge (deceased), of P.O. Box 85, Othaya in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.216 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title Nos. Othaya/Ihuririo/1010 and 1011, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers (green Cards) issued thereof is lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land registers (green cards), provided that no objection has been received within that period,.
