THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Chege Wainaina, of P.O. Box 56270, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.1943 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 110/865, situate in Nairobi County and whereas the Environment and Land Court in case No. 1134 of 2016, the court decreed that the registration in favor of Peter Chege Wainaina be cancelled and registration made in favor of Nyamu Gutu Mureithi, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of decree, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Chege Wainaina, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
