THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kibirgen Koech Thomas (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kapsaret/Simat Block 1 (Mutwot)/159, situate in Uasin Gishu County, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. E398 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Christina Jesum Koech, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kibirgen Koech Thomas (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
