REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njagi Gaching’a alias Njagi Gachinga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.22 hectares or thereabout, known as Inoi/Kimandi/265, situated in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Court at Kerugoya in Succession Cause No. E599 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Julius Mugo Njagi (ID/1211758), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Julius Mugo Njagi (ID/1211758), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njagi Gaching’a alias Njagi Gachinga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
