THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiprono Kipkessio (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Cheptiret/Kapkoi Block 1 (Kerita)/47, situate in Uasin Gishu County, and whereas the High Court at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. 137 of 2010, has issued grant of letter of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Joseph Kiprugut Kesio, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to Kiprono Kipkessio (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
